Creating an account on PK07 is quick and straightforward. Go to the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a username and set a secure password. Confirm your details and you're in. The whole process takes under two minutes and there's no lengthy verification required before you can start exploring the platform.

PK07 is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use any part of the platform, including sports betting, casino, slots and bingo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We take responsible gaming seriously and encourage all players to keep their gaming within comfortable personal limits.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. You'll be prompted to enter your registered mobile number. An OTP (one-time password) will be sent to that number. Enter the OTP, set your new password and you're back in. If you don't receive the OTP within a couple of minutes, check that you've entered the correct number or reach out to support via live chat.

No. PK07 allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any pending balances being voided. If you've lost access to your existing account, simply use the password reset option or contact support — there's no need to create a new one.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile or Account Settings section. From there you can update certain details. For security-sensitive changes such as your registered mobile number, you may need to verify your identity first. If you're having trouble updating any information, contact our support team and they'll guide you through the process.

Deposits & Payments

PK07 supports the most widely used payment methods in Pakistan. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and various mobile wallets. All methods are processed in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa are by far the most popular among our Pakistani players due to their speed and availability across the country.

Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your PK07 account instantly or within a few minutes. Raast transfers are also typically very fast. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank, usually within a few hours on business days. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and contact support with the transaction reference.

Yes, PK07 has a minimum deposit threshold to keep things accessible for all players in Pakistan. The exact minimum varies by payment method and is shown on the deposit page when you select your preferred option. We've kept minimums low so players can start at a level they're comfortable with, without needing to commit large amounts upfront.

First, check your JazzCash or Easypaisa app to confirm whether the payment was actually deducted from your balance. If it was deducted but not credited to PK07, save the transaction ID and contact our 24/7 support team immediately. If the payment was not deducted, simply try again — failed transactions are not charged. Make sure your mobile wallet has sufficient balance and your network connection is stable before retrying.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and navigate to the Withdrawal section of your dashboard. Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm the request. Make sure the account details you provide match your registered information to avoid delays. Withdrawals are processed in PKR.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally the fastest, often completed within a few hours. Raast transfers are similarly quick. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Processing times can occasionally be slightly longer during peak periods or if additional account verification is required.

Withdrawals can be temporarily held for a few reasons — most commonly for routine account verification, ensuring your identity details are confirmed, or if there are active bonus wagering requirements that haven't yet been met. If your withdrawal is on hold, your dashboard will usually indicate the reason. You can also contact support for a clear explanation and to find out what steps are needed to release it.

Sports Betting & Cricket

PK07 covers a wide range of cricket events popular with Pakistani fans. This includes Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, ODI series, Test matches and major ICC tournaments. Live in-play betting is available for most matches, so you can place bets while the game is going on. Football and Esports markets are also available alongside cricket.

PK07 offers a broad range of cricket betting markets. These include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, over/under runs per over, method of dismissal, toss winner, innings runs and many more. Special PSL markets are added during the tournament season. You can place single bets or combine multiple selections into an accumulator for higher potential returns.

If a cricket match is abandoned, cancelled or significantly shortened, PK07 follows standard industry settlement rules. In most cases, affected bets are voided and your stake is returned to your account balance. Specific rules may apply depending on the market type and how much of the match was completed.
