pk07 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies and Player Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk07 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the pk07 website at pk07.fun and the pk07 mobile application.

By accessing or using any part of the pk07 platform — whether browsing, registering, depositing, placing bets, playing games or using the app — you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use pk07.

These Terms should be read alongside the pk07 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk07.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pk07, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 18 years or older. pk07 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You are not using pk07 in a professional capacity to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk07 or had your account closed by pk07 for rule violations.
• You understand that online gaming involves financial risk and you are accessing the platform voluntarily.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on pk07. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent restrictions or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension without refund of deposited funds.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact number or email address changes, update your account details promptly. pk07 uses the contact information on your account to communicate important notices, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations.

Account registration does not guarantee access to all features of pk07. The platform may, at its discretion, restrict access to specific features pending additional verification or for other legitimate reasons.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits and transactions on pk07 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment
• Bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Debit cards
• Mobile wallets

Deposits are credited to your pk07 account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Typical confirmation times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits generally complete within minutes; bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing time.

pk07 does not charge a deposit fee, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to check applicable fees with your payment provider before depositing.

pk07 reserves the right to request documentation verifying that the payment method used for a deposit belongs to the account holder. Deposits made from payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from within your pk07 account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, as a measure to prevent financial fraud.

Before a withdrawal is processed, pk07 may require you to complete account verification. This typically involves confirming your identity and the ownership of the payment method linked to your account. Verification is a standard requirement and is not indicative of any suspected wrongdoing.

Withdrawal processing time on pk07's side is subject to the platform's current processing schedule. Once released from pk07, arrival of funds in your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa wallet, Raast account or bank account depends on your payment provider's own processing time.

Funds that originate from a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus component being removed from the withdrawal amount.

pk07 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reason to believe fraudulent activity has occurred, if the account has been flagged for review, or if there is an active investigation into the account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pk07 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on Cricket and PSL events, free spins on Slot Games and Bingo-specific room promotions. All active offers are listed on the Promotions page.

Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit threshold, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds. These terms are displayed clearly on the relevant promotion page before you opt in. It is your responsibility to read and understand the conditions of any offer before claiming it.

General bonus conditions that apply across all pk07 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• pk07 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time, subject to honouring bonus funds already credited to active accounts.
• Using multiple accounts, coordinating play with other players or exploiting technical errors to gain bonus advantage constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and possible account closure.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The pk07 Sports section covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and domestic fixtures), Football, Esports and other sports markets as available. Specific rules apply to each sport and market type.

General sports betting rules on pk07 include:

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed. pk07 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where specified in individual market rules.
• Void bets: A bet will be declared void and the stake returned if a match is abandoned before the relevant market can be settled, if there is a clear error in the odds displayed, or if the event did not take place within the scheduled time window as defined in the applicable market rules.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to a short delay between submission and confirmation. pk07 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event. Bets placed during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Payout limits: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed within the bet slip. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the published limit regardless of the odds at the time of placement.
• PSL and Cricket markets: For PSL and international Cricket matches, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Matches that are reduced in overs due to weather or other factors are settled according to the revised result where a result is achieved.
• Odds errors: Where bets are accepted at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical error, pk07 reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or void the bet and return the stake.

8. Casino and Games

pk07 offers Live Casino, Slot Games and Bingo. All games on the platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealer-managed outcomes streamed in real time.

By playing Casino games, Slots or Bingo on pk07, you acknowledge:

• Game outcomes are determined by chance. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for Slot Games are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of spins and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions in any game will result in the affected game round being voided and the bet returned. pk07 is not liable for winnings that would have resulted from a round that was voided due to a technical error.
• Using software, scripts or automated tools to influence game outcomes is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Progressive jackpot values displayed are approximate and subject to change in real time.

Bingo rooms on pk07 operate on scheduled game intervals. Players who join a room mid-game will participate from the next available game. Chat functionality in Bingo rooms is moderated and must be used respectfully.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk07 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using another person's payment method without their authorisation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with pk07 systems.
• Exploiting system errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any way.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any financial crime through pk07.
• Abusing, threatening or harassing pk07 staff or other players through any channel including Bingo chat.
• Accessing pk07 after having been self-excluded or after your account has been closed by pk07.

10. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk07 username and password. pk07 will never ask you for your full password by email, chat or phone.

Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have notified pk07 of unauthorised access in advance. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact pk07 support immediately and change your password.

pk07 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. If you access pk07 on a shared or public device, ensure you log out fully after each session.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

pk07 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months (inactive account policy may apply to residual balances — details available on request via support).
• At the account holder's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including both real money and bonus funds — will be subject to review and may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request for non-breach reasons, any cleared real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.

12. Responsible Gaming

pk07 is not liable for:

• Loss of earnings, profits or opportunity claimed to result from platform unavailability.
• Losses arising from bets placed based on incorrect odds where the error was caused by a data feed or third-party provider failure.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk07's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Privacy and Data

pk07 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the pk07 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

pk07 uses your personal information to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support and communicate relevant platform updates and promotions. Your data is not sold to third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.

15. Amendments to These Terms
